Jio World Plaza: Ranveer Singh Closes The New Order of Style Fashion Show In Full 'Desi' Style

Bringing his energy to Nita Ambani’s vision ‘Swadesh’ at the launch of Jio World Plaza, was none other than Ranveer Singh. The New Oder of Style fashion extravaganza, which presented eight Indian designers including Manish Malhotra, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, Abraham & Thakore, Satya Paul, Falguni and Shane Peacock, AK OK and Ri by Ritu Kumar, came to a close with Ranveer Singh turning showstopper for the collection celebrating Indian artisans and its craftsmanship.

Looking dapper in an all-black ensemble, Ranveer along with his high energy personality added festive fervour to this runway walk as he grooved to Aankh Maarey from his film Simbaa. Known for his unconventional style options, the stylish star adorned a black dhoti with intricate embellishments and paired it with a crisp black double breasted suit and tie.

The desi meets western look added a stunning vibe to the overall look and feel of the show. Also seen walking the runway before Ranveer came on was supermodels Ashley Graham, Elsa Hosk, Lakshmi Rana and Ujjwala Raut looking stunning in sarees. The six-yards of sheer elegance looked stunning on the runway as the models walked to tunes of Kudi Nachne De.

The launch of the Jio World Plaza red carpet was a starry affair with celebrities bringing fashion A game to the event. Following the dress code Simply Glam to the T, every attendee honoured the dress code by adorning silhouettes celebrating the glamorous night. We spotted the Ambani family – Nita and Mukesh Ambani, Shloka and Anant Ambani, Radhika Merchant, Anant Ambani and Isha Ambani stars Salman Khan, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bhumi Pednekar, Khushi Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh, Shruti Hassan, Anil Kapoor, Malaika Arora among others.
